Dolly Paquette, born Dolly Ann Hampton on January 2nd 1951, passed away Saturday October 11th.
Born in Buffalo NY, Dolly lived for several years in Connecticut and finally achieved her dream of living at the beach when she moved to Virginia Beach in 2005.
She was a loving and caring person, always ready for an adventure or to help a friend in need. She enjoyed nothing more than basking in the sun, and spent many an afternoon at her favorite spot at Chicks beach. She loved to read, listen to music, drive fast, and was always on a quest for the perfect margarita and ultimate flip flop. She worked for Lifetouch for over 20 years both in CT and VA and loved her coworkers dearly.
She is survived by her son, Scott Paquette, Daughter, Carrie Ann Kaye-Kuter, son-in law, Jason Kuter and four grandchildren, Hampton, Gavin, Lila and Mandi. She also leaves behind a cherished sister and brother in law, Holly and Dave Bienik, a loving brother, Jack Hampton and his children. She was loved and cared for by the entire Paquette family.
We will be celebrating Dolly’s life Wednesday October 15th 11:30am - 2:00pm at the The Founders Inn and Spa in Virginia Beach. We invite friends and coworkers to celebrate with us
