240 photos fill this months 4 albums. We had apple picking, pumpkin decorating, Chris Keiper’s wedding, and general fall fun. Let me tell you, life is good. Exhausting, but good. The girls turned 3 months old just 2 weeks ago and we are enjoying every moment of it. They are both doing alot of smiling and cooing which is the best part of babies if you didn’t know
Hampton is doing well in school and is as outgoing as always and Gavin is busy trying to be as much like his big brother as possible.
Carrie and I are constantly blown away by what life brings our way and as ridiculous as life gets sometimes, we are happier than ever. Call it the new house, the new babies, time, age, medication, or wine, we are glad to be in this time and place. Hopefully you too have the chance to enjoy that feeling and with thanksgiving right around the corner, perhaps you can spread some of it around.

So I had a moment this morning and I thought I would throw a complete retrospective together from the past few weeks. The photos are from 7/25 until 8/10 and include just about everything that occurred. For a person that loves photography I just didn’t take as many pictures as I wanted to or should have but my photography funk is still continuing. Hopefully that’s shakes off soon. Anyway enjoy the new perspective (some of the pictures aren’t really enjoyable but you get the point). Just click on the photo above to navigate to the new album.

As always an interesting month. What was up with the weather? And Easter, the earliest for the next 277 years 152 years.
Hampton and Gavin are growing at an alarming rate, Carrie and I are constantly amazed by their antics as I am sure you all know. So have a peek at this month’s photos and have a great April.

I visited Paula, Eric, and Addison this weekend and all is well. I have placed a few photos from the visit in the gallery. I will let Eric say the rest; below is an email Eric sent out when Addison was born:
Just wanted to let everyone know that Addison Noel Jondro was born Thursday March 27th at 12:58am. She weighed in at 7 pounds 9 ounces and is 20 inches long. She is a perfectly healthy baby and so far minus the lack of sleep things are going well. Paula was in labor for almost two days and at times we didn’t think it was ever going to happen. Fourtanetly I have a wife who is a complete trooper and never gave up. She did have pain medication but that was it. The rest was done by paula just sticking to it and never having a doubt she was going to have this baby naturally. I must say that I never thought I would be able to hack the delivery but it was defiantly not as bad as I originally thought. Not that I had a choice seeing that it was just Paula a nurse and my self in the delivery room for most of the birth. This was one of the best moments in my life and no matter how cliché it sounds it was defiantly life changing. I just want to say thanks to everyone for supporting paula and I and we are looking forward to whatever the future is going to bring us.

Pictures are up in the gallery from this past Easter weekend. I am finding that the quality of my work is dropping dramatically with each day that passes. I could attribute this to lack of time or practice, which it may be; however I think the main reason is laziness, I have become easily distracted lately and I am just not spending enough time seeing the art in the moment. Anyway hopefully somethings snaps and that will change. The good news is that summer is fast approaching, warm weather will soon be here, and perhaps some of the cabin fever that is within all of right now will dissipate. I am certainly looking forward to a little bit of change.
The positive is that Hampton and Gavin had a great weekend. After watching Charlie Brown’s Easter Hampton was under the impression that the Easter Beagle that would be visiting us on Sunday morning, much to his surprise the half-eaten carrot on the table indicated it was the Easter Bunny after all.

What is a GX10? Its really just a Pentax K10D digital SLR. Its a 10MP beast with every bell and whistle a geek photographer could ask for. I am very very happy with it. Anyway I have only had it about 5 days so here is the last few days of photos (click on the image). I am still getting adjusted to it so my style is all over the place.
As you can see I am also trying to get my blog attached to everything so that if people wish, they can pretty much see what I am up to the majority of the time, this is the new internet…though it does give me a headache at times it was very easy to do and is helping me to journal my day to day without much effort.
Update: Creating an October album which I moved these images into

Sorry for the lame title. There are 51 pictures that pick up where the last album left off. I am trying to post at least one album a month, so in keeping with that, enjoy the new photos.
Also you may have noticed a post from Carrie this week. Hopefully she will be contributing more to the blog so that you guys can get some more interesting (and insightful) reading.
